2. Platform Purpose
ZIZPER provides preliminary AI-powered location and property decision-support tools. The service is not a property marketplace, broker, appraiser, law firm, engineering firm, financial adviser, insurer, surveyor, title company, or government authority.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, and activity under your account.
4. Permitted Use
You may use ZIZPER for lawful property research and internal decision support. You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, scrape at harmful scale, bypass limits, reverse engineer protected components, or use outputs to violate law or third-party rights.
5. Reports and Data Limitations
Reports may contain errors, omissions, delayed information, model assumptions, or incomplete coverage. Availability and accuracy vary by location and data provider. You must independently verify zoning, title, boundaries, flood risk, environmental conditions, taxes, permits, market values, rental rules, infrastructure, legal rights, and all other material facts.
6. No Guarantee
Scores, rankings, projections, summaries, and recommendations do not guarantee price appreciation, rental income, liquidity, development approval, financing, suitability, safety, or investment performance.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle shown at purchase unless canceled. Taxes, currency conversion, payment provider rules, prorations, refunds, and plan changes may apply as disclosed during checkout or in the Billing area.
8. User Content
You retain rights in information you submit. You grant ZIZPER the limited permission necessary to host, process, analyze, and display that content to operate and improve the service.
9. Intellectual Property
The platform, interface, software, branding, report design, and original content are owned by or licensed to ZIZPER. No ownership transfers to users.
10. Third-Party Services
The service may depend on third-party maps, AI, analytics, payments, hosting, email, public datasets, and other providers. ZIZPER is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or independent terms.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular transaction.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZIZPER will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or investment losses arising from use of or reliance on the service.
14. Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
